  • Event website design and set up, including Google Analytics
  • Day-to-day management of event email account, website, typical techie issues*
  • Creating Contributor/Speaker tracking links in your affiliate program or via customized links
  • Setting up all swipe copy on a convenient webpage and sending it out via email to all Contributors/Speakers
  • Contributor/Speaker Management & Support before, during & after the event
  • Email marketing management of the event (using your copy) via a drip marketing campaign via your email marketing service.**
  • Management of Contributor gifts (for giveaways) and all other deliverables
  • Management of all speaker audio and video files via the service of your choice (Vimeo, Amazon S3, InstantTeleseminar, YouTube, etc…)
  • Basic video/audio editing is included in the overall package price which includes removing dead space or non-interview chatter from the beginning and end of your recordings and simple splicing to remove bloopers, interruptions, etc… from the middle of your audio or video.
  • Social media posts scheduled for upto 3platforms, hashtags, speaker tags and responses throughout the pre-event marketing phase and up to 1 week post-event
  • Set up and management of ONE (1) Facebook ad with up to 6 rotating images for 1 week prior to the launch of the event the throughout the event. You must pay for the ads themselves. We recommend a minimum of $10 per day.
  • Reporting of all performance metrics to the host
