Hey everyone, I wanted to take some time today to share with you my exciting news, in case you haven’t seen my recent email or social media posts.
As I let you all know a couple of months ago, there are going to be new changes in Ultimate Virtual Assistants and I’m here today to share all the good news with you.
I would like to announce that we have a new company name, Ultimate Virtual Solutions. Our new website is www.UltimateVirtualSolution.com no “s” at the end of solution. I recommend that you head over there and check it out. We are now specializing in all things Simplero, the whole Simplero platform. You may not know what that is, but I’ll go ahead and get to that in just a bit. I want to give you a heads up that if you’re on my email list or want to get in contact with us, we have new email addresses.
I recommend that you whitelist us, that way you make sure that you don’t miss out on anything and we get all your emails.

I just want to reiterate that the new domain is going to make a big difference as to whether or not you receive our emails and if we receive yours.
Some people have asked what prompted me to make this change in my business after being in business for so long. Although there are many reasons, I am going to just go ahead and cut to the chase and just give you the meat of it.
This coming up May is actually going to be 12 years that I’ve been in business, 12 years! It’s been a long time, I started in this business before I had my daughter, back then Social Media wasn’t really a big thing. I think Facebook was only for college students and so forth. I don’t think there was LinkedIn nor Twitter or they were not very known back then as they are now.
Anyway, through the years in business, I’ve worked with clients from around the world in various industries. I’ve worked in many different platforms, offered basic admin, project management and I’ve done technical services. I’m just kind of a little bit of everything for my clients. During this time, I became known as a “Jill of all Trades” in the online world. I worked with teams, I also worked alone, and I’ve also created my own team.
With my nearly 12 years of online business experience combined with my Bachelor’s Degree that I earned back in 2003, I feel I have a wealth of knowledge. This knowledge is something that nobody could take away from me. And it is something that I can share with people.
In the last couple of years, I decided to join training programs, mastermind groups and hired coaches to help me reach the next level in my business. And for me, the next level of my business was to specialize in a few areas and really build my business to its highest potential. And while I spent the last couple of years contemplating what it is that I absolutely love to do, believe me, anybody who’s been in a coaching program with me knows that I had a hard time trying to figure out what it is that I actually loved to do so that I can specialize in it.
I found out that I’m good at a lot of things, but I just couldn’t nail down anything that I absolutely loved.
During this time, I was re-introduced to a platform called Simplero. I had used it a while back but moved on to using other platforms.
Even though every platform has its pros and cons, to me, this platform just had a lot more pro’s. I found out that what I love to do is setting up all the technical aspects of running an online business. This includes email marketing, setting up your shopping cart, course delivery, membership areas, funnels, landing pages, affiliate and referral centers. What I found was that I can do this all in Simplero, all in one platform. I’ve worked in other online platforms that were an all in one, but there is something about this one platform that I just truly love.
The support and concierge teams are very helpful and friendly. All of them are knowledgeable and they’re quick to respond. They are easy to work with. And I also love the fact that when the CEO of the company, Calvin, sends out his weekly e-mails and I send him a reply he responds back. If I comment on something of his on social media, he responds, I think that’s pretty cool. Simplero is like a close knit – business family kind of thing. I really liked that, coming from a small town myself, I like the small community feel.
So what is this platform? It is called Simplero and as you could imagine it’s a platform that enables you to simplify running your whole online business. You can do everything from within it except for probably doing your online calendar or online scheduling, but that integrates perfectly over.
You could even do your tech support tickets through there, it’s an all in one, it’s pretty awesome and you’re not going to go broke. Paying for five, six or more platforms that are costing you hundreds of dollars a month. It probably costs you $500/month just to keep all of these platforms working for you. But then you also need to pay multiple team members to run all the different platforms and to make sure everything is integrated and if something doesn’t work, you need to troubleshoot which platform is not working correctly and fix it. This could take hours!
Simplero is all in one and that’s what I love. In the coming weeks, I will be sharing a lot more information about online courses, membership sites, email marketing, just everything that can be done in the online business world that needs to be done.
I will be sharing my knowledge about all that stuff with you. I will also be asking entrepreneurs to talk with me to discuss their businesses.
